These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the NBetway platform and all services associated with it. By using any service on NBetway, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless the Cash Out feature is available.
• If an event or match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be returned to the wallet.
• NBetway is not responsible for any issues arising from network delays during live betting.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, NBetway's decision shall be final.
• Accounts found to exhibit unusual betting patterns will be subject to review.

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (may vary depending on the method).
• Deposits are generally credited to your wallet instantly.

• Withdrawals are processed preferentially through the same method used for the deposit.

General Bonus Terms:

• Any unused bonus will be removed from the wallet once the bonus period expires.
• Each bonus offer is applicable once per person.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the NBetway platform:

• Operating Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name or on behalf of the same family member.
• Betting on Behalf of Others: Placing bets in your own account using someone else's funds and sharing the winnings.
• Bot or Automation Use: Placing bets using any automated software or bots.
• Fraudulent Activity: Exploiting system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illicit funds.

If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the associated funds may be forfeited. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

NBetway reserves the right to restrict or close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to provide KYC verification documents in a timely manner.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may also request to close their own account. Any eligible balance remaining in the wallet will be returned.
